July 2019 – Looking forward to speaking at the FSB 2019 annual conference in July at the Quay Hotel and Spa, Deganwy, when I will be talking about my favourite subject – Tourism and the positive impacts it has had in the region.
June 2019 – Thoroughly enjoyed offering an extra pair of hands at the moveable feast event in Criccieth, the sun was shining, music was playing, and the atmosphere was perfect. Thousands attended this lovely event organised by Moveable feast celebrating local food and music. Looking forward to the next one!
February/March 2019 – It’s been an exciting few months developing and delivering two innovative itinerary building workshops on behalf of ‘This is Wrexham’. Thoroughly enjoyed facilitating and working with local tourism businesses to develop and enhance the visitor experience into the area.
February 2019 – Armadillo Author – In February saw the launch of a new training publication written by armadillo founder, Tansy Rogerson – It is a great learning tool for new individuals coming into the tourism and hospitality trade. It took over a year to write and has been based on real experience in the industry.
