On Saturday 13^th November , it was another ‘something different’ event – to launch a new absolutely fantastic event space.. 

We helped Snowdon Craft Beer deliver a brilliant idea of a barn dance in a brewery -and we did just that to the usual armadillo high standards of care and service. Became a sold out event in 2 weeks! 

Pulled out all the stops, looked after the client every step of the way, helped theme the venue, organised the promotion, tickets and communications, sourced the music and catering, organised the welcome reception desk with a warm friendly welcome to make guests feel comfortable as we understood many may not have been out for a long time, provided track and trace. 

We love looking after everyone and happily took care of any questions and helped where we could during the event.

The night was an absolute hit, with great music – possibly the best barn dance band in NWales, fantastic local food and music … it’s been such a long time since we heard guests asking ‘when is the next one?’ ‘It’s been so long since I laughed so much’ ‘Have had such a fantastic time’ ‘what an amazing venue’ 

Huge thank you to al those that bought tickets and supported the event. 

The venue was exceptionally well ventilated, spacious, and all organised with hand sanitiser stations in as many areas possible. 

Once again reminded us why we do this .. the biggest enjoyment of long hours planning, hours setting up, delivery and the 1 hr to take down is – happy client and happy customers. That’s why we do this.. #wemakeevents 

A huge thank you to Poptypig Hog Roast – you were amazing, both the locally sourced hog and the vegetarian /vegan option went down a storm!! You were just the best, can’t wait to work with you again
